MobileSheet ("the app", "we", "us") is a mobile and web application that lets you view and edit spreadsheets as cards. This policy explains what information the app handles, why, and the choices you have. The app is operated by an individual developer; you can reach us at support@meizy.com.
We do not operate a backend that stores your spreadsheet content. Your sheet and Drive file data stays in your Google account and/or on your device, and workbook requests travel directly between your browser and Google. For web sign-in, MobileSheet operates a limited authentication service on Cloudflare that stores your Google account identity, refresh credential, and a cached access token in encrypted form. The browser receives short-lived access tokens but no refresh credential. Native-app credentials and local files remain on your device.
Information is used solely to provide the app's functionality — authenticating you, displaying and editing your spreadsheets, and keeping the app reliable. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
We do not sell Google user data, spreadsheet content, or account identity information. We do not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data to third parties except in the limited cases described here:
MobileSheet protects Google user data and other sensitive data by minimizing what the app requests and stores. Web Google identity and token records are encrypted with authenticated encryption before D1 storage; browser-session and request-verification secrets are stored only as cryptographic hashes. Native credentials use local or secure device storage. Google and MobileSheet authentication traffic uses HTTPS/TLS in transit. Spreadsheet content remains in your Google account and on your device unless you choose to save changes back to Google. We do not include spreadsheet content in diagnostic events, and we limit diagnostic collection to technical data needed to investigate crashes and errors. Access to production configuration and diagnostic systems is limited to the developer operating the app.
MobileSheet's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The app uses Google user data only to provide and improve its user-facing features, does not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide those features or as required by law, and does not use it for advertising or to train generalized AI/ML models.
You can revoke MobileSheet's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You may enable a one-session replay under Settings → Diagnostics; a restart begins it, and replay turns off automatically for the following app launch. You may stop using the app and sign out at any time. Signing out the last active web session causes MobileSheet to revoke and delete the stored Google credential when Google is reachable.
We do not retain copies of your spreadsheet content on our servers. Web authentication sessions expire after 30 days of inactivity and have a 180-day maximum lifetime. When the final session is signed out or expires, MobileSheet revokes and deletes its stored Google credential; unused credentials are retained no longer than 180 days. Diagnostic data is retained by Sentry only as long as needed to investigate and fix issues. Data stored locally on your device remains there until you remove the app, clear site data, sign out, or delete the relevant local files/settings.
MobileSheet is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
