MobileSheet ("the app", "we", "us") is a mobile and web application that lets you view and edit spreadsheets as cards. This policy explains what information the app handles, why, and the choices you have. The app is operated by an individual developer; you can reach us at support@meizy.com.

Information we handle

• Google account identity. When you sign in with Google, the app receives your email address and basic profile information directly from Google, on your device — used only to identify your signed-in account. This information is stored only on your device and is never sent to or stored on a MobileSheet server.
• Spreadsheet and file content. When you first sign in, Google asks you to approve the app's access on a one-time consent screen. With that authorization, the app reads and writes the Google Sheets you open or create, and accesses only the Drive files you open with, or create through, the app. The app does not request access to your entire Drive. Your sheet and file content is exchanged only between your device and Google — it is never sent to or stored on a MobileSheet server.
• Diagnostics. We use Sentry to collect crash reports and technical error data to diagnose and fix problems. This may include device and app-state information but not your sheet content.

How your data is stored

MobileSheet runs entirely on your device. On the web, the MobileSheet website only serves the application code (JavaScript and assets) to your browser; it does not receive your data. We do not operate a backend that stores your spreadsheet content. Your sheet data stays in your Google account and/or on your device. Local files you open remain on your device. Your Google account identity and access tokens are kept only in your device's local/secure storage.

How we use information

Information is used solely to provide the app's functionality — authenticating you, displaying and editing your spreadsheets, and keeping the app reliable. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Google API Services User Data Policy

MobileSheet's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The app uses Google user data only to provide and improve its user-facing features, does not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide those features or as required by law, and does not use it for advertising or to train generalized AI/ML models.

Third parties

• Google — authentication and access to Sheets/Drive content you authorize.
• Sentry — crash and error diagnostics.

Your choices

You can revoke MobileSheet's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You may stop using the app and sign out at any time.

Data retention

We do not retain copies of your spreadsheet content on our servers. Diagnostic data is retained by Sentry only as long as needed to investigate and fix issues.

Children

MobileSheet is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
