These terms govern your use of MobileSheet ("the app"). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
MobileSheet lets you view and edit spreadsheets from sources you connect, such as Google Sheets, Excel files, and local CSV files. You are responsible for using the app in compliance with applicable laws and with the terms of any third-party service you connect (for example, Google).
Your spreadsheets and files remain yours. The app accesses them only to provide its features, and only the files you open or create through the app. We do not claim ownership of your content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.
You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it for malicious purposes, or use it to access data you are not authorized to access.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will fit a particular purpose. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
